• Weekly oversight of all staff and team leads at Kingdom Movement.
• Oversee and pastor the spiritual health of all staff and team leads.
• Plan and strategize the yearly calendar for the organization.
• Perform reviews and assess areas in need of additional training and development.
• Help develop effective communication between all the departments and teams.
• Provide staff training, development, and regular feedback.
• Strategic problem solving for all organizational and staff issues.

• Develop, maintain, and build the values for the worship and media culture of the organization
• Manage all staff and leaders in worship and media departments.
• Plan & host equipping gatherings and workshops with both a spiritual and practical focus.
• Onboard new team members and develop healthy integration and proper resourcing as needed.
• Plan & coordinate special events for worship and media ministries.
• Instill and manage healthy culture and conduct among all the teams.
• Oversee all online worship and media presence.
• Communicate, minister, and train during Sunday service gatherings.

• Teach first and second year school ministry students on a weekly rhythm for 9 months per year. Courses include:

- The Tabernacle of Moses

- Relationships Foundations (Interpersonal Relationships)

- History of Revival

- Heroes of the Faith

• Oversee course, coursework, grading, feedback, and student issues.
• Implement class activations throughout the classes.
• Disciple and mentor key leaders of the class.

• Create & develop books, materials, and activations for equipping and activating women in leadership development.
• Raise and train leaders to help with weekly teaching & equipping of women's groups and retreat.
• Train, coach, and advise other WILD leaders nationally who launched WILD miniseries in their local settings.
• Travel to help lead and establish new WILD ministries in different regions.
• Coordinate, manage teams, and host WILD retreats and conferences (with 500+ participants).

• Oversee and coordinate all operations of the non-profit organization.
• Plan and strategize oversees itineraries for events and conferences.
• Manage and communicate with all partners and donors of the organization.
• Write and release spiritual resources like e-courses, books, and materials for equipping and encouragement.
• Oversee the creative process and marketing of each project including graphics, merchandise, media, and all other elements

• Oversee all weekly worship gatherings.
• Empower and train new worship leaders.
• Run all administration, scheduling and auditions for new members.
• Meet with lead pastor to bring clarity and direction to the ministry.
• Mentor and disciple worship leaders and new team members.
